How to make each meal more healthy

 During and meal, what you eat your body will impact how you sound, your attitude, your wellbeing and trust. It can also impact your success. Before you head on a work interview, should not eat a heavy meal full of carbs. Because of the food breakdown processes going on in your stomach and intestines, you may end up feeling slow and exhausted. The concentration of blood flow will be on your stomach and associated areas rather than your brain.

In the other hand, before you head to an interview or presentation, consuming fruits and vegetables, drinking a small amount of coffee, and consuming a limited amount of carbs will allow you to remain alert, concentrated and ready-to-go. The other thing to note is that when you feed intelligently and healthily, you can feel mentally healthier. You would also be able to sleep well, have more ability to fend off illnesses, and have more immunity.
